Thomas H. Ward, BS Metallurgical Technology, MBA in International Business with thirty years business experience with over twenty years in small business operations. He started and ran three different companies in the past twenty years. He was vice president and director of a major international company, as well as worked in Asia, with business travel to twelve countries around the world. He spearheaded the first sales into China and Korea, starting in 1980 for three major U.S. companies.
Karen O’Connor is a CPA, with a BA in Accounting, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. She has worked in public accounting assisting business owners with financial and tax needs for twenty-five years with a large focus on profitability consulting for the last ten years. She is currently employed at a major accounting firm and is a specialist in small business accounting.
